米非司酮联合米索前列醇应用于流产时的心理干预方法及效果分析

Effect of misoprostol combined with psychological intervention on induced abortion

目的研究分析米非司酮联合米索前列醇应用于流产时的心理干预方法及效果。方法选取杭州市红十字会医院2015年3月～2016年8月收治的200例宫内孕患者，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组100例。实验组患者给予米非司酮联合米索前列醇治疗，消除患者焦虑以及不安等负面情绪，全程关注患者的心理状态。对照组患者进行利多卡因宫颈局部用药治疗。比较分析两组患者的临床效果。结果经过对应治疗后，实验组患者镇痛显效率为38.0%，有效率为52.0%。对照组患者显效率为16.0%，有效率为49.0%。可得，实验组患者镇痛效果显著高于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，实验组患者宫颈扩张显效率为45.0%，有效率为51.0%。实验组患者宫颈扩张程度显著优于对照组，术中出血量显著少于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论米索前列醇、米非司酮联合心理干预能够在很大程度上提高人工流产临床效果，缓解患者疼痛，具有临床进一步推广和应用的意义。

Objective To study and analyze the psychological intervention methods and effects of mifepristone combined with misoprostolin the treatment of abortion.Methods200cases of intrauterine pregnancy were selected from Hangzhou Red Cross Hospital from March2015to August2016.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,100cases in each group.The patients in theexperimental group were treated with mifepristone combined with misoprostol,which eliminated the negative emotions such as anxiety andrestlessness,and paid close attention to the psychological status of the patients.Patients in the control group were treated with local medicationof lidocaine.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results after the corresponding treatment,the effective rateof analgesia in the experimental group was38.0%,and the effective rate was52.0%.The effective rate of the control group was16.0%,and theeffective rate was49%.The analgesic effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the effective rate of cervical dilatation in the experimental group was45.0%,and the effectiverate was51%.The degree of cervical dilatation in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the amount ofbleeding during operation was significantly less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionMisoprostol and mifepristone combined with psychological intervention can greatly improve the clinical effect of artificial abortion and alleviate thepain of patients,it has the significance of further popularization and application.
