摘要
目的探讨心理干预联合特耐对肝癌肝切除患者术后认知功能的影响。方法将2015年3月~2017年3月于浙江省永康市第一人民医院诊治的肝癌肝切除患者40例依不同护理、药物干预方式分为对照组、观察组,其中对照组用基础护理+生理盐水干预、观察组用心理干预+特耐(帕瑞昔布钠)干预。记录2组患者干预前后认知功能(MMSE评分)、炎性因子(TNF-α、IL-6、S100β)水平变化情况,并对所获数据作分析总结。结果心理干预+特耐(观察组)干预肝癌肝切除患者的效果优于基础护理+生理盐水(对照组)干预效果,患者MMSE评分及TNF-α、IL-6、S100β水平等情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝癌肝切除患者选择心理干预+特耐干预的效果显著,可充分降低患者体内炎性因子水平,并对患者术后认知功能恢复有着极佳的作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention combined with parecoxib on cognitive function in patients afterliver resection of hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods From March2015to March2017in the first people’s hospital of Yongkang city for diagnosisand treatment of liver cancer were40cases according to different nursing,drug intervention were divided into control group and observation group,the control group were treated with basic nursing+saline intervention,observation group with psychological intervention+Tenai(parecoxib sodium)intervention.The changes of cognitive function(MMSE score),inflammatory factors(TNF-α,IL-6and S100)levels were recorded before and afterintervention in the two groups,and the data obtained were analyzed and summarized.Results The psychological intervention and intervention Tenai(observation group)resection for hepatocellular carcinoma is better than the basic nursing+saline patients(control group)intervention,patients withMMSE score and TNF-α,IL-6,beta S100levels were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionResection for hepatocellular carcinoma patients psychological intervention+Tenai intervention effect,it can reduce the level of inflammatory factorsin patients,and has a good effect on the recovery of cognitive function after surgery.
