如今，我为我国的森林和同胞们的未来感到担忧。我担心像我母亲弗洛伦斯一样的个体农民，因为季节和土壤的变化，她已经不再确定该何时种植她的玉米了。六年前，我们损失了十公顷的玉米。如今，我们的耕地正缺乏防风林来保护农作物免受冰雹风暴的摧残。我的人生经历让我苦苦寻思着一个问题：我们该如何让未来一代又一代的乌干达人不再重蹈我们的覆辙？
Today,I fear for the future of our forests and the people in my country.I worry about people like my mother,Florence,a1)peasant farmer who is no longer sure about when to plant her corn because of the changing seasons and land.Six years ago,we lost102)hectares of corn.Now our land lacks windbreaks to protect our crops from3)hail storms.My life journey has led me to ask:How might we keep future generations of Ugandans from repeating our mistakes?
