摘要
课堂教学是高校人才培养的关键环节,课堂教学实践需要以合宜的教学理念为先导,以谋定确保行为有效性为出发点,确定合宜的目标体系,建设体现科学、严肃与理性的微观制度资源,提供课堂教学所必须的有效行为框架。合宜教学理念的构造,应紧扣"以人为本"的价值取向,遵循客观条件,符合逻辑秩序,并响应有关"情势";目标体系的建立则应响应"理念导向";课堂教学微观制度设计则旨在供给确保"理念内化"的制度框架,形成引导实践的制度路径,优化课堂教学的运行机制。
Classroom teaching is the key link in the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities,so classroom teaching practice needs to be led by appropriate teaching ideas,so as to determine a starting point that ensures teaching effectiveness,formulate an appropriate objective system,construct a scientific,serious and rational micro-system,and provide an effective action framework necessary for classroom teaching.The construction of an appropriate teaching idea should be closely linked to the"people-oriented"values,follow objective conditions,conform to the logical order and respond to the relevant"situations".The construction of an objective system should respond to the"idea-orientation".The micro-system design of classroom teaching aims to provide an institutional framework ensuring"idea internalization",form an institutional path guiding practice and optimize the operation mechanism of classroom teaching.
