研究生助理导师在培养本科护生初步科研能力中的应用

The Application of Assistant Tutor of Postgraduate Students in Cultivating the Preliminary Scientific Research Ability of Undergraduate Nursing Students

目的:探讨护理研究生作为助理导师,在培养护理专业本科生初步科研能力中的应用效果。方法:选择2011级护理专业本科生60名为对照组,采用传统带教模式;选择2012级护理专业本科生46名为实验组,在对照组的基础上采用护理研究生助理导师制。比较两组的毕业论文类型、初步科研能力的自我评价、论文成绩及答辩成绩。结果:实验组毕业论文选题类型中前瞻性研究医学论文占95%,初步科研能力自我评价为(99.25+6.16)分;论文和答辩成绩分别为(84.65+4.14)分、(92.78+1.83)分,优良率占85%,均高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:护理研究生助理导师制有助于培养本科护生初步科研能力,提高其毕业论文质量。

Object:To explore the application effect of nursing postgraduate students as assistant tutors in the training of nursing undergraduates'preliminary research ability.Method:Nursing undergraduates of Grade2011were selected as the control group(n=60)with the traditional teaching model;Nursing undergraduates of Grade2012were selected as the experimental group(n=46),and in the group,nursing postgraduate assistant tutor system is used based on the traditional teaching.Then the types of graduation thesis,self-evaluation of preliminary scientific research ability,thesis scores and thesis defense scores of the two groups are compared.Result:The experimental group selected95%types of research papers in medical research papers,and self-evaluation of preliminary research ability was(99.25+6.16);papers and defense scores were(84.65+4.14),(92.78+1.83).The rate of excellent papers was85%,which were higher than those in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The assistant tutor system of nursing postgraduate students can help to cultivate the preliminary scientific research ability of undergraduate nursing students and improve their quality of graduation thesis.
