摘要
目的:了解高职男护生职业态度现状及影响因素。方法:对某高职院校护理学专业男生共108人进行问卷调查。结果:高职男护生职业态度得分为4.25±0.560,属于中立偏消极状态,受到其他专业同学态度、是否如实回答学习专业、就业前景等因素影响。结论:高职男护生职业态度属于中立偏消极状态,应通过技能大赛、礼仪培养等多项措施改善职业态度现状。
Objective:To investigate the current status of the nursing occupational attitude and influencing factors in male nursing students from higher vocational colleges.Methods:The inventory was used among108male nursing students.Results:The occupational attitude score is4.25±0.560,belonging to the neutral negative state,it influenced by the attitude of other professional students,whether to answer truthfully,employment prospects and other factors.Conclusions:The occupational attitude belongs to the neutral negative state,and it should be improved through skills competition and etiquette training.
