摘要
电动汽车大规模使用后,电池安全事故频发,如何保障电池的安全成为重要问题。本文阐述了一种基于STM32的低成本电池检测系统,使用ACS758构成电流检测电路,以及说明了PC817A线性光耦在电压测量电路中的详细应用,通过温湿度传感器和压力电阻完成电池工作环境的测量。实验结果表明本系统可在电池使用过程中对电池状态进行实时而准确的检测。
After the large-scale use of electric vehicles,battery safety accidents frequently,how to protect the safety of the battery has become an important issue.This paper describes a low-cost batterydetection system based on STM32,Using the ACS758to form the current sense circuit,and illustrates the PC817A linear opticalcoupler in the voltage measurement circuit in the detailed application,Through the temperature and humidity sensors and pressure resistors to complete the battery work environment measurement.Experimental results show that the system can be used in the battery during the battery status of real-time and accurate detection.
