摘要
采用活体器官的CTA头部断层扫描图像为原始数据,实现了颈动脉的三维重建及相关空间参量的测量。这种成像方法可以无创、活体对血管内壁进行准确拓扑学建模,清晰观察颈动脉管壁及外周结构,呈现颈动脉与周围组织的解剖学结构关系,评价颈动脉狭窄及空间位置、管壁斑块、血栓或肿瘤的结构特征。该研究成果弥补了目前影像诊断的不足,在模拟仿真手术及医学影像教学研究等方面有一定的应用价值。
Using CTA head scan images as the original data,the three-dimensional reconstruction of the carotid artery and carotid artery relative space parameter measurement were realized.This imaging method can be used for accurate,noninvasive,living and topological blood vessel observation and measurement,clear observation of carotid artery wall and peripheral structure,carotid artery and the surrounding tissue anatomy structure relations.I can also be used for carotid stenosis evaluation,spatial location,tube wall plaque structure,thrombosis and tumor characteristics.The results of this study make up for the deficiency of current imaging diagnosis,and have some application value in simulation and medical imaging studies.
