摘要
从市场上抽取70批次标称有吸湿速干或相关功能的服装产品,采用GB/T 21655.2—2009对其进行检测和评价,全面满足吸湿速干要求的综合符合率仅为17%。同时,抽取其中的50批次按GB/T 21655.1—2008进行测试和评价的对比分析,综合符合率仅为18%,但采用2种标准测试和评价结果的重合度仅为4%,其中原因和合理性有待进一步研究。通过扫描电镜分析发现,虽然大多数产品试图采用异形纤维来改善吸湿速干性能,但效果并不明显。
Samples were drawn from70batches of garment on shelves which claimed to have moisture absorbent&quick drying or related functions,and they were tested and evaluated according to the national standard GB/T21655.2-2009.The results show that only17%of them can match with full requirements on moisture absorbent&quick-drying properties.Meanwhile,samples drawn from50batches out of the70batches were also tested and evaluated in accordance with GB/T21655.1-2008for comparison and only18%comply with the standard.The comparison shows that only4%of the samples comply with both standards.The causes and reasonableness are yet to be further investigated.By SEM analysis,it is found out that though many garment makers tried to use profiled fibers to improve moisture absorbent&quick drying performance,the effect is limited.
