摘要
超疏水纺织材料具有防水、防污和自清洁等特性,可广泛应用于工业防水布、医用材料、防护服和自清洁材料等领域,成为当前功能性纺织材料的研究热点之一。仿生技术为超疏水研究开拓了新的研究思路,通过研究自然界中生物体的超疏水现象,研究者们发现可以通过构造粗糙表面和覆盖低表面能物质来获得超疏水材料。本文介绍近年来仿生技术在超疏水纤维开发中的应用和研究进展,为超疏水织物的研究开发提供参考。
Super-hydrophobic textile materials have the functions of waterproof,anti-fouling and selfcleaning and so on.They can be widely used in industrial tarpaulins,medical materials,protective clothing and self-cleaning materials,and become one of the hot spots of the current functional textile materials.Bionic technology has opened up new research ideas for superhydrophobic studies.By studying the superhydrophobic phenomena of organisms in nature,researchers have found that superhydrophobic materials can be obtained by constructing rough surfaces and covering low surface energy substances.This paper introduces the application and research progress of biomimetic technology in the development of superhydrophobic textiles in recent years,and provides reference for the research and development of superhydrophobic textile.
