This paper focuses on the integration and docking of electronic bidding and financial system,based on the background of Shenhua Engineering Company's Informatization Project,and mainly introduces the design ideas of utilizing electronic payment and virtual account to effectively solve the problems such as bid fee and bid bond collection and refund.Finally,the paper analyzes and summarizes the effect of practical application.
