摘要
以某矿150101工作面回风顺槽留小煤柱沿空掘巷工作面为工程背景,分析了矿井开拓情况并现场进行了矿压观测。工作面回风顺槽留小煤柱沿空掘巷巷道顶板围岩变形严重,由于靠采空侧的煤柱受支承力的影响已呈塑形,容易失稳,片帮严重,影响了安全生产。针对工作面顺槽围岩具体的地质情况对支护设计进行锚杆、锚索参数优化。现场监测结果表明,工作面回风顺槽支护优化方案合理有效,控制了围岩的进一步破坏,达到了预期的效果,满足了矿井巷道保持长期稳定的要求。
This paper analyzes the development situation of the mine and conducts the observation of the ground pressure in the face of the roadway driving along the roadway in the150101working face of a mine.The face rock of the roadway along the roadway is mainly deformed,it is easy to be unstable,and the safety of the pillar is affected by the support of the coal pillar.produce.Aiming at the specific geological conditions of the surrounding rock of the working face,the anchorage and anchor parameters are optimized for the support design.The results of on-site monitoring show that the optimization scheme of the working area is reasonable and effective,which controls the further damage of the surrounding rock and achieves the expected effect,which satisfies the requirement of long-term stability of the mine roadway.
