摘要
液压自移列车应用于综采工作面轨道巷,用于安装泵站、变压器、开关等,可实现安全高效自行移动。本文对其牵引装置、升降式平板车、自移轨道、调偏机构及控制系统进行了研究,对关键部件如推移油缸、自移轨道提升机构、列车连接件进行了三维建模、数值分析,对安全系数进行了校验。该列车在大柳塔煤矿12316工作面首次投用,现场运行稳定可靠,达到了设计目的,较传统钢丝绳拉列车的方式,其安全性、经济性有了显著提升,具有积极推广前景。
Hydraulic self-moving trains was used for track lane of comprehensive mining working face,for installing pumping station,transformer and switches,which is capable of realizing safe and high efficient self-moving.This paper studies about the traction device,flatbed of life mode,self-moving track,deviation adjustment mechanism and control system,makes UG,numerical analysis to the key components like advancing cylinder,lift mechanism in self-moving mechanism,trains connection parts.Meanwhile,the safety factors were also checked.The trains were firstly used for12316working face at Daliuta mine.The application results show that the system runs smoothly in the site and achieves the design purpose.Compared to the traditional ways of pulling train with wirerope,its safety and economy were promoted significantly.It has a positive prospect in the future.
