GA_3处理对着色香葡萄果实无核率及品质的影响 被引量:10

摘要 以着色香葡萄为试材,于盛花前7~10 d和盛花后10~15 d分别使用不同浓度的GA_3(25 mg/L、50mg/L、75 mg/L、100 mg/L)处理花序和果穗,研究不同浓度的GA_3处理对着色香葡萄果实无核率及品质的影响。结果表明:GA_3浓度为50 mg/L、75 mg/L、100 mg/L时,果实的无核率均为100%;GA_3浓度为25 mg/L、50 mg/L、75 mg/L时,着色香的单粒重呈上升趋势,其中75 mg/L的GA_3单粒重最大为6.23 g;高浓度的GA_3处理有使着色香果粒变长的趋势;各处理间的可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量没有显著性差异。综合考虑,在盛花前7~10 d和盛花后10~15 d使用75 mg/L GA_3处理着色香的效果最佳,果实的无核化效果理想,葡萄的单粒重为最大,显著提高了着色香葡萄果实的商品价值。 The cultivated variety Zhuosexiang was used as experimental material for the effects of seedless rate and quality treated by different concentrations of GA3,grape inflorescences and clusters were dipped by different concentrations of GA3,dipping time was7~10d before the full-bloom stage and10~15d after it,respectively.The result showed that:seedless rate was100%when treated by the GA3concentration of50mg/L,75mg/L and100mg/L;the single grain weight showed increasing trend when treated by the GA3concentration of25mg/L,50mg/L and75mg/L,the highest single grain weight can reach to6.23g when treated by the GA3concentration of75mg/L,higher GA3concentration treatment showed the lengthening trend effect for the berry size of Zhuosexiang;no significant difference were discovered for the content of soluble solids and titratable acid.Overall,the best GA3concentration was75mg/L during the period of7~10d before the full-bloom stage and10~15d after it,both of the seedless rate and single grain weight can reach to the ideal level and significantly increased the commodity value of Zhuosexiang.
