摘要
在针刺聚酰亚胺滤料研究基础上,引入新型水刺工艺,制备水刺聚酰亚胺滤料。通过孔径分析、阻力特性和过滤性能等试验,对针刺法制备的新型聚酰亚胺滤料与水刺法制备的聚酰亚胺滤料进行对比,结果显示,新型水刺聚酰亚胺滤料微孔集中在更小孔径范围内,具有更低的运行阻力、更长的清灰周期及更高的粉尘排放精度。
Based on the research of acupuncture polyimide filter,a new spunlace technique was introduced to preparespunlace polyimide filter.The results show that the new spunlace polyimide filter prepared by spunlace method,possessessmaller pore size distribution,lower operating resistance,longer cleaning cycle and higher dust discharge accuracy.However,the polyamide filter prepared by acupuncture method exhibits a decreased filtration performance.
