基于OBE模式的IT产业应用型人才培养研究——大数据方法 被引量:10

摘要 工程教育专业认证中坚持的理念主要包括:成果导向(OBE)、以学生为中心并持续改进。美国工程与技术认证委员会(ABET)在工程教育认证标准中广泛使用了OBE理念。北京联合大学作为北京市属应用型大学,人才培养和专业建设也应根据国家发展战略和北京的城市定位进行规划与贯彻落实。本文简要说明了初步构建的北京市IT应用型人才需求信息大数据平台,依托此大数据平台、基于OBE模式可以进行城市型、应用型IT产业人才培养研究。本文以软件工程专业建设为例进行了OBE模式教学实践改革的阐述。 The accreditation of engineering education is based on the following three concepts:Outcome BasedEducation(OBE),student centered,and continuous improvement.The OBE model has been adopted by the Accreditation Boardfor Engineering and Technology(ABET),and is widely used through the standards of engineering education accreditation.Beijing Union University,an application oriented talents cultivation university in Beijing,should carry out talents cultivationand major construction according to the national development strategy and Beijing's urban planning and implementation.Thispaper briefly describes the construction of IT talent demand information big data platform,which supports the research onapplied IT talents cultivation based on OBE model.Taking software engineering major construction as the example,the paperelaborates on the teaching reform based on the OBE model.
