供给侧结构性改革导向下福建省服务业创新能力提升研究

Promoting Innovation Capacity of Service Industry in Fujian Province Under the Guidance of Supply-side Structural Reforms

服务创新是优化供给结构和提高有效供给能力的重要途径。采用熵值法和聚类分析法对2015年福建省服务业创新能力进行评价,研究发现,福建省拥有较好的服务创新环境,但服务创新投入和服务创新产出水平相对较低,服务创新能力存在较大的提升空间。基于供给侧结构性改革导向,应当从市场竞争、创新驱动、财政金融支持、产业集聚、人力资本培育、知识产权保护和服务业对外开放等方面采取有效措施来推动服务业创新能力提升。

Service innovation is an important way to optimize supply structure and increase effective supply capacity.With entropy value method and cluster analysis method,this article evaluates the innovation capacity of service industry of Fujian Province in2015.The study finds that Fujian Province possesses good service innovation environment,but the level of service innovation input and output is relatively low.Therefore,the service innovation capacity of Fujian Province has a huge potential for improvement.Under the guidance of supply-side structural reforms,it proposes that some effective measures should be taken to promote the innovation capacity of service industry from the aspects of market competition,innovation driven strategy,financial support,industrial agglomeration,human capital cultivation,the protection of intellectual property right and the opening to the outside world of service industry.
