游离亚硝酸预处理强化剩余污泥和烟草废物共消化产甲烷 被引量:6

摘要 为了提高污泥厌氧消化产甲烷的效率,本研究报道了一种通过向污泥中添加烟草废弃物(TW)和游离亚硝酸(FNA)的新方法.实验结果表明污泥和TW的最佳混合比例为1:1,相应的甲烷产量为203.6m L/g每克挥发性悬浮固体(VSS),是污泥单独消化的1.3倍.污泥和TW混合消化有助于消化基质中蛋白质,多糖和纤维素的消耗.进一步应用FNA提高污泥和TW混合消化效率,FNA的最佳浓度为1.5mg/L,相应的甲烷最大产量为286.4m L/g VSS.FNA预处理能够促进有机物的水解和酸化过程进而为产甲烷古菌提供了充足的消化基质.此外,FNA预处理还强化了功能微生物Bacteroidetes和Firmicutes的相对丰度. In order to improve the production efficiency of methane from sludge anaerobic digestion,this study reported anew method of adding tobacco waste(TW)and free nitrous acid(FNA)to the sludge.Experimental results showed thatthe optimal mixing ratio of sludge and TW was1:1,and the corresponding methane yield was203.6mL/g per gramvolatile suspended solids(VSS),which was about1.3times of that in sole sludge digestion.Co-digestion of sludge andTW benefited the consumption of protein,polysaccharide and cellulose in digestive matrix.Further application of freenitrous acid(FNA)pretreatment to improve the efficiency of co-digestion of sludge and TW,the optimal concentration ofFNA was1.5mg/L,the corresponding maximum methane yield was286.4mL/g VSS.FNA pretreatment could promote thehydrolysis and acidification of organic matters,providing an sufficient digestive matrix for methanogenic Archaea.Inaddition,FNA pretreatment also enhanced the relative abundance of functional microorganisms of Bacteroidetes andFirmicutes.
