摘要
选用Fe Cl_2、Fe Cl_3、Fe SO_4、Fe_2(SO_4)_3共4种液态铁基稳定剂,对钒矿污染的土壤中的V等重金属进行了固化稳定化.结果表明,铁基液态稳定剂对V的稳定化效果良好,稳定化7d后最佳稳定效率均可达到100.0%,稳定剂的最佳用量为0.5wt%,最佳稳定剂为Fe SO_4,120d内效果良好.亚铁盐可对Cr实现稳定化,120d内稳定化效果稳定,Fe Cl_2的稳定效率稳定在98.0%左右.由于对p H的影响,过量铁基液态稳定剂会在15d内促进Cd、Zn、Cu的浸出,之后浸出浓度逐渐降低,120d后,与未稳定化土样浸出浓度类似.
The mining and smelting of vanadium deposit can cause heavy metal contamination of the soil,but therewere few researches about remediation of vanadium deposit contaminated soil.Four kinds of iron-based liquidsolidifying agents,including ferrous chloride,ferrous sulfate,ferric chloride,ferric sulfate,were added to thevanadium deposit contaminated soil for the stabilization of heavy metals.The results showed that the stabilizationefficiency of the liquid iron-based agents on vanadium was high reaching100.00%in7days.The optimal dosage ofthe agents was0.5wt%m/m,and the most effective agent was ferrous sulfate.The efficiency was still high by120days.The ferrous agents were also effective in the stabilization of chromium.The ferrous chloride showed a stablestabilization efficiency of about98.0%by120days.Because of the influence of pH,excess agents increased theleaching of Cd,Zn,Cu in15days.The leaching concentration decreased over time and was similar to the soilwithout stabilization at day120.
