玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的应用效果

Effect of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的:探讨玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果。方法:收治膝关节骨性关节炎患者42例,分为研究组与参照组。研究组采用玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗,参照组采用临床常规治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗优良率和膝关节功能恢复优良率均显著优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:42patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected.They were divided into the study group and the reference group.Thestudy group was treated with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate,and the reference group was treated with conventionalclinical treatment.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the total effective rate andexcellent and good rate of functional recovery of knee joint were significantly better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis was significant.
