脑外伤硬膜外血肿的临床治疗方法研究

The clinical treatment of traumatic brain epidural hematoma

目的:探讨脑外伤硬膜外血肿的治疗方法。方法:收治脑外伤硬膜外血肿患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例,治疗组给予微创颅内血肿清除术,对照组给予全麻开颅硬膜外血肿清除术。结果:治疗组治疗后总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微创颅内血肿清除术治疗脑外伤硬膜外血肿效果显著,可降低临床死亡率,改善患者预后。

Objective:To investigate the treatment of epidural hematoma after brain trauma.Methods:60patients with traumaticextradural hematoma were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with30cases ineach group.The treatment group were treated with minimally invasive treatment of intracranial hematoma,while the control groupwere given general anesthesia and craniotomy epidural hematoma.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group wassignificantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive evacuation of intracranial hematoma iseffective in the treatment of traumatic brain injury with epidural hematoma.It can reduce the clinical mortality and improve theprognosis of the patients.
