乳磨牙牙根发生病理性吸收给予根管治疗的观察分析

Observation and analysis on root resorption in primary molars with pathological absorption

目的:探讨根管治疗乳磨牙牙根病理性吸收的效果。方法:收治儿童牙病患者137例,按照牙根吸收程度分组为A组64例、B组42例、C组31例。结果:A组治疗后6个月、12个月、24个月的成功率显著优于B组和C组(P<0.05);B组治疗后6个月、12个月、24个月的成功率显著优于C组(P<0.05)。结论:牙根吸收程度与根管治疗成功率呈负相关,牙根吸收程度超过1/2根管治疗无价值,原则上应对该患牙实施拔除。

Objective:To investigate the effect of root canal therapy on pathological resorption of deciduous molars.Methods:137patients with pediatric dental,then divided into the A group with64cases,the B group with42cases,and the C group with31cases,according to the degree of root resorption.Results:The successful rate at6months,12months and24months after the treatment inthe A group were significantly better than those in the B group and the C group(P<0.05).The success rate of the B group at6months,12months and24months after the treatment were significantly better than the C group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The degreeof root resorption has negatively correlation with the success rate of root canal treatment,and root canal therapy has no valuable ifthe root resorption rate more than1/2,and the tooth should be extracted in principle.
