痰热清对小儿肺炎支原体肺炎及免疫功能的影响

The effect of Tanreqing injection on the immune function of children's Mycoplasma pneumoniae Pneumonia

目的:观察痰热清对小儿肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)及免疫功能的影响。方法:收治MPP患儿80例,分痰热清组40例和常规组40例。另选取健康儿童40例为对照组。结果:在急性期和恢复期,痰热清组和常规组Ig G、Ig A均低于对照组,Ig M、CD3、CD4、CD8均高于对照组(P<0.05);在恢复期,痰热清组CD4/CD8比值由低于正常值恢复正常(P>0.05),常规组CD4/CD8比值仍低于正常值(P<0.05)。结论:痰热清对MPP患儿细胞免疫功能有一定改善作用,对体液免疫在短期内影响不明显。

Objective:To observe the effect of Tanreqing injection on immune function of children's Mycoplasma pneumoniaePneumonia(MPP).Methods:80cases of MPP were randomly divided into the two groups(the Tanreqing injection group and theroutine group),with40samples from healthy children as control.Result:On acute and recovery stages,the Tanreqing injectiongroup and the routine group showed obvious lower values of IgG and IgA and higher values of IgM,CD3,CD4and CD8than thecontrol group(P<0.05).On the recovery stage,the value of CD4/CD8of the Tanreqing injection group rose form a lower level to thesame as the control group(P>0.05),while that of the routine group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tanreqing injection couldincrease the body's cellular immune function of children with MPP and its effect on humoral immunity is not obvious in the shortterm.
