热毒宁注射液药理作用、临床应用及不良反应分析

Analysis on pharmacology,clinical application and adverse reaction of reduning injection

目的:探讨热毒宁注射液药理作用、临床应用及不良反应发生情况。方法:收治以热毒宁注射液治疗的患者60例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:急性上呼吸道感染、病毒性肺炎及轮状病毒性肠炎患者治疗有效率分别为93.9%、93.3%及91.7%,出现过敏1例,血尿1例,皮肤和附件损害2例,不良反应发生率6.7%。结论:热毒宁注射液具有较高的治疗总有效率,不良反应发生率低。

Objective:To investigate the occurrence pharmacological action,clinical application and adverse reaction of reduninginjection.Methods:60patients were treated with reduning injection,then their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The treatment efficiency rate of patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection,viral pneumonia and rotavirus enteritis were93.9%,93.3%and91.7%respectively.Allergy in1cases,1cases of hematuria,2cases of skin and appendages,the adverse reactionrate was6.7%.Conclusion:The total treatment efficiency of reduning injection was higher,and with low incidence of adversereactions.
