中西医结合治疗脑梗死后遗症的疗效分析

Curative effect analysis of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on sequelae of cerebral infarction

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗脑梗死后遗症的临床疗效。方法:收治脑梗死后遗症患者100例,平分两组。对照组给予常规西医治疗,试验组在此基础上给予中医治疗,对比、分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率94.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);试验组全血黏度(3.86±1.32)mpa/s,血浆黏度(1.35±0.17)mpa/s、血细胞比容(0.36±0.14),均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗脑梗死后遗症具有很好的临床治疗效果。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatmentof sequelae of cerebral infarction.Methods:100patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction were selected.They were randomlydivided into the two groups on average.The control group received routine western medicine treatment,and the experimental groupwas given traditional Chinese medicine treatment on this basis.The clinical effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was94%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group of80%(P<0.05).The whole blood viscosity(3.86±1.32)mpa/s,the plasma viscosity(1.35±0.17)mpa/s and hematocrit(0.36±0.14)inthe experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination oftraditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of sequelae of cerebral infarction has a good clinical effect.
