不同血压人群中糖代谢对血管硬化的影响

Glucose metabolism on vascular sclerosis in different blood pressure population

目的:探讨不同血压人群中,脉搏波传导速度与糖代谢的关系。方法:在社区中招募3 137名正常血压或未治疗高血压的无糖尿病史居民,并根据OGTT结果分为正常糖耐量组、糖调节受损组、初发糖尿病组。结果:糖尿病组PWV值显著高于NGT组及IGR组;在血压正常人群,餐后2 h血糖与ba PWV值成正相关(P<0.001),且随着处于糖代谢状态的不同阶段,ba PWV有增快趋势。结论:在血压正常人群,餐后2 h血糖是ba PWV的独立危险因子。对于高血压人群,血压是影响血管弹性的主导因素。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between pulse wave velocity and glucose metabolism in patients withdifferent blood pressure.Methods:A total of3137non-diabetic patients with normal blood pressure or untreated hypertensionwere recruited from the community.They were divided into the normal glucose tolerance group,the impaired glucose regulationgroup and the primary diabetes mellitus group according to the OGTT results.Results:The value of PWV in the diabetic group wassignificantly higher than that in the NGT group and IGR group.In the persons with normal blood pressure,postprandial2h bloodglucose and baPWV value has positively correlation(P<0.001),and with the different stages in glucose metabolism,baPWV has anincreasing trend.Conclusions:Postprandial blood glucose levels of2h are independent risk factors for baPWV in normotensivesubjects.For hypertensive people,blood pressure is the dominant factor affecting vascular elasticity.
