影响临床免疫检验质量的因素分析与对策探究

Analysis of factors affecting the quality of clinical immune test and countermeasures

目的:探讨影响临床免疫检验质量的相关因素,提出可行性控制对策。方法:选择268例免疫学检查报告,分析质量问题和影响因素。全部患者被随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规管理,观察组采用加强质控管理,比较两组准确率、误诊率及患者满意度。结果:影响临床免疫检验质量的因素包括环境(温度、湿度)、标本质量、试剂盒质量、检验人员;经加强质控管理后,观察组检验报告准确率及患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:影响临床免疫检验质量的因素众多,为保证检验质量需要加强各个环节的质控管理。

Objective:To explore the related factors affecting the quality of clinical immune test,and put forward feasible controlmeasures.Methods:268cases of immunological examination reports were selected.We analyzed quality problems and influencingfactors.All patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routinemanagement,and the observation group was given enhanced quality control management.We compared the accuracy rate,the rateof misdiagnosis and patient satisfaction of the two groups.Results:The factors affecting the quality of clinical immune test includedenvironment(temperature,humidity),specimen quality,kit quality and inspection personnel,after enhanced quality controlmanagement,The accuracy rate of inspection report and the satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group weresignificantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:There were many factors affecting the quality of clinicalimmune test.In order to ensure the quality of the inspection,we need to strengthen the quality control of each link.
