经阴道超声检查应用于早期异位妊娠诊断的临床效果分析

Clinical analysis of transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy

目的:探讨经阴道超声检查应用于早期异位妊娠诊断的临床效果。方法:收治早期异位妊娠患者52例,均进行经阴道超声检查和经腹部超声检查,比较两种诊断方法的声像图效果及诊断准确性。结果:患者经阴道超声检查确诊率明显高于腹部超声检查(P<0.05),经阴道超声检查漏诊率明显比腹部超声检查低(P<0.05);经阴道超声检查的胚芽、宫内假孕囊、血管搏动、盆腔积液以及附件包块大小等检查情况明显优于腹部超声检查(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道超声检查用于早期异位妊娠诊断,准确性较高、检查声像图像表现较好,有利于早期诊治异位妊娠,从而降低该病死亡率。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy.Methods:52patients with early ectopic pregnancy were selected.All patients underwent transvaginal ultrasonography andtransabdominal ultrasonography.We compared the ultrasonographic effect and diagnostic accuracy of the two diagnostic methods.Results:The diagnostic rate of transvaginal ultrasonography was higher than that of abdominal ultrasonography(P<0.05);the rateof missed diagnosis of transvaginal ultrasound was lower than that of abdominal ultrasonography(P<0.05).Transvaginalultrasound in germ,intrauterine gestational sac,vascular pulsation,pelvic effusion and size of adnexal mass examination was betterthan abdominal ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy hashigher accuracy,better examination of ultrasound images,which is conducive to early diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy,thereby reducing the mortality of the disease.
