摘要
目的:探讨优质护理在门诊一站式服务中心的应用效果。方法:对门诊患者分别实施优质护理及常规护理。结果:观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组;观察组门诊挂号时间、检查等候时间和就诊期间的焦虑评分均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在门诊一站式服务中心实施优质护理可缩短患者就诊时间、等待检查时间,有利于改善就诊秩序,提高护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of high quality nursing in outpatient one-stop service center.Methods:High qualitynursing and routine nursing care were carried out respectively.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group wassignificantly higher than that of the control group,and the outpatient registration time,the waiting time and the anxiety scoresduring the visit were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of high qualitynursing care in outpatient one-stop service center can shorten the time of patient visiting and waiting for examination time,improve the order of medical treatment and improve the satisfaction degree of nursing.
