腕带在老年精神科住院患者佩戴过程中的常见问题及原因分析

Analysis of the problems and causes of wristbands in the wearing of elderly psychiatric inpatients

目的:探讨腕带在老年精神科住院患者佩戴过程中常见的问题并进行原因分析。方法:按云南省精神病医院《住院患者手腕带使用管理制度》,对老年精神科住院患者进行腕带佩戴情况调查及常见问题原因分析。结果:必须佩戴腕带患者380例中,按规定合格佩戴腕带者为53.95%,佩戴腕带但需进行更换者为12.63%,未佩戴腕带者为33.42%。主要原因是缺乏自知力,在幻觉、妄想或其他精神症状的支配下被人为扯脱;日常活动导致腕带字迹模糊不清,需要进行更换或自行将腕带取下;对佩戴腕带重要性认识不足,未进行佩戴等。结论:老年精神病患者在腕带的使用过程中存在较其他患者更多的问题,护理人员应加强监察力度和责任心,加强健康教育,提高腕带的佩戴合格率,落实身份识别有效性,保障患者安全。

Objective:To explore the common problems of wristbands in the wearing process of senile psychiatric inpatients and toanalyze the causes.Methods:According to the"management system of wrist strap for hospitalized patients"in Yunnan psychiatrichospital,the investigation and analysis of the wearing of wrist band in the elderly psychiatric inpatients were carried out.Results:Among380patients who must worn wrist band,according to the provisions of qualified wear wristband53.95%,wear wristband,butneed to be replaced12.63%,not wearing wrist band33.42%.The main reason is due to lack of insight,pulled off the wrist strapunder the illusion,delusion,or other psychiatric symptoms.Routine activities cause the wristband to be illegible and need to bereplaced or removed from the wrist strap.Lack of awareness of the importance of wearing wristbands,not wearing and so on.Conclusion:The elderly psychiatric patients in the process of using wristbands exist in the more problems than other patients,nursing staff should strengthen supervision and accountability,strengthen health education,improve the qualified rate of wearwristbands,implement the identification efficiency,ensure the safety of medical care.
