早期院内康复训练治疗小儿脑损伤综合征及脑瘫的效果观察

Effect of early rehabilitation training in hospital in the treatment of brain injury syndrome and cerebral palsy in children

目的:探讨对小儿脑损伤综合征及脑瘫实施早期院内康复训练的效果。方法:收治脑损伤综合征及脑瘫患儿98例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用家庭训练及照管,观察组采用早期院内康复训练,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对小儿脑损伤综合征及脑瘫实施早期院内康复训练的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of early rehabilitation training in hospital in the treatment of brain injury syndrome andcerebral palsy in children.Methods:98cases of children with brain injury syndrome and cerebral palsy were selected.They wererandomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with the family training and care,and the observation group was treated with early rehabilitation training in hospital.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of early rehabilitation training in hospital in the treatment of brain injury syndrome and cerebral palsy inchildren was significant.
