消化内科常见不合理用药问题分析

Analysis of the problems of common irrational use of drugs in department of gastroenterology

目的:探讨消化内科常见不合理用药问题。方法:选择消化内科住院患者800例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:800例样本中,不合理用药90例,主要类型有用药剂量过多、药物重复使用、联合用药不合理和联合用药出现不良反应。结论:合理用药是获得良好治疗效果的基础,临床应该尽量避免不合理使用药物。

Objective:To explore the problems of common irrational use of drugs in department of gastroenterology.Methods:800hospitalized patients in department of gastroenterology were selected,and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Among the800samples,90cases were treated with irrational drugs,and the main types were excessive dosage,repeated use ofdrugs,irrational combination of drugs and adverse effects of combined use of drugs.Conclusion:Rational use of drugs was the basisof good therapeutic effects,and we should try our best to avoid irrational use of drugs.
