多种维生素联合利多卡因在儿童口腔破溃性疾病中的治疗经验总结

Experience of multiplex vitamin plus lidocaine in the treatment of children with oral cavity ulceration disease

目的:探讨多种维生素联合利多卡因治疗小儿口腔破溃性疾病的效果。方法:收治口腔破溃性疾病患儿196例,分为对照组和观察组,观察组采用多种维生素联合利多卡因治疗,对照组采用普通口腔护理治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组口腔破溃愈合时间和进食平均时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:多种维生素联合利多卡因治疗小儿口腔破溃性疾病的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of multiplex vitamin plus lidocaine in the treatment of children with oral cavityulceration disease.Methods:196cases of children with oral cavity ulceration disease were selected.They were divided into thecontrol group and the observation group.The observation group was treated with multiplex vitamin plus lidocaine,and the controlgroup used ordinary oral nursing and treatment.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the healing time of oral cavity ulceration and average time of eating were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of multiplex vitamin plus lidocaine in the treatment of children with oral cavity ulceration disease wassignificant.
