紫杉醇联合榄香烯在晚期结肠癌患者中应用价值研究

Study on the value of paclitaxel combined with elemene in patients with advanced colon cancer

目的:探讨紫杉醇联合榄香烯在晚期结肠癌患者中的应用价值。方法:收治晚期结肠癌患者60例,随机分为研究组与对照组各30例。对照组给予卡培他滨治疗,研究组给予紫杉醇联合榄香烯治疗。结果:研究组治疗总有效率、治疗满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:紫杉醇联合榄香烯在晚期结肠癌患者中应用价值极高,疗效佳,患者高度满意。

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of paclitaxel combined with elemene in patients with advanced coloncancer.Methods:60patients with advanced colon cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and thecontrol group with30cases in each group.The control group was treated with capecitabine,and the study group was treated withpaclitaxel combined with elemene.Results:The total effective rate and treatment satisfaction rate of the study group were higherthan those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Paclitaxel combined with elemene has high value in the treatment of patientswith advanced colon cancer,and has a satisfactory curative effect,and the patients are highly satisfied.
