摘要
目的:探讨糖皮质激素辅助治疗老年带状疱疹病毒性角膜炎的疗效及对血清相关指标的影响。方法:收治老年带状疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者112例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用传统治疗方法结合糖皮质激素辅助治疗,对照组采用传统治疗方法,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,血清相关指标均低于对照组,临床症状消失及治愈时间均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:糖皮质激素辅助治疗老年带状疱疹病毒性角膜炎的疗效显著,能促进患者血清相关指标趋于正常。
Objective:To explore the effect of glucocorticoid adjuvant therapy for elderly patients with herpes zoster keratitis andits influence on serum related indexes.Methods:112elderly patients with herpes zoster keratitis were selected.They were randomlydivided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with traditional therapy combined withglucocorticoid adjuvant therapy,and the control group was treated with traditional treatment methods.We compared the therapeuticeffect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate was higher than the control group,the serum relatedindexes were lower than the control group,and the disappearance and cure time of the clinical symptoms were less than the controlgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of glucocorticoid adjuvant therapy for elderly patients with herpes zoster keratitis wassignificant.It can promote the serum related indicators to normal.
