椎管麻醉用于高龄骨科手术的安全及效果

Safety and effect of spinal anesthesia for elderly patients with surgery in department of orthopedics

目的:探讨椎管麻醉在高龄骨科手术中的应用效果。方法:收治高龄骨科手术患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,观察组采用腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉,对照组采用持续性硬膜外麻醉,比较两组麻醉效果。结果:观察组手术中寒战和躁动情况、低血压发生率和肺栓塞发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:椎管麻醉在高龄骨科手术中的应用效果显著。

Objective:To explore the application effect of spinal anesthesia for elderly patients with surgery in department oforthopedics.Methods:100cases of elderly patients with surgery in department of orthopedics were selected.They were randomlydivided into the control group and the observation group.The observation group was given combined spinal epidural anesthesia,and the control group was given continuous epidural anesthesia.We compared the anesthetic effects between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the shivering and restlessness during operation,the incidence of hypotension and the incidence ofpulmonary embolism in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Theapplication effect of spinal anesthesia for elderly patients with surgery in department of orthopedics was significant.
