布地奈德联合复方异丙托溴铵治疗老年喘息性慢性支气管炎临床分析

Clinical analysis of budesonide combined with compound ipratropium bromide in the treatment of chronic asthmatic bronchitis in the elderly

目的:探讨布地奈德联合复方异丙托溴铵治疗老年喘息性慢性支气管炎的效果。方法:收治老年喘息性慢性支气管炎患者106例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用普通抗生素、祛痰药物、氨茶碱治疗,观察组采用布地奈德联合复方异丙托溴铵治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德联合复方异丙托溴铵治疗老年喘息性慢性支气管炎的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of budesonide combined with compound ipratropium bromide in the treatmentof chronic asthmatic bronchitis in the elderly.Methods:106cases of elderly patients with chronic asthmatic bronchitis wereselected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with commonantibiotics,expectorant drugs,aminophylline.The observation group was treated with budesonide combined with ipratropiumbromide.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was obviouslyhigher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of budesonide combined with compound ipratropiumbromide in the treatment of chronic asthmatic bronchitis in the elderly was significant.
