阿立哌唑和利培酮治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效对比

Comparison of clinical efficacy of aripiprazole and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia

目的:探讨阿立哌唑和利培酮治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法:收治精神分裂症患者200例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用阿立哌唑治疗,对照组采用利培酮治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症效果明显,不良反应发生率较低。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of aripiprazole and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods:200patients with schizophrenia were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Theobservation group was treated with aripiprazole,and the control group was treated with risperidone.We compared the therapeuticeffects of two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the controlgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia was obvious,and the incidence of adversereactions was low.
