邻指带蒂皮瓣和指背筋膜蒂岛状皮瓣瓦合治疗手指末节脱套伤的效果分析

Analysis of cross finger flap and dorsal fascia island flap tile treatment on finger distal degloving injury

目的:探讨邻指带蒂皮瓣和指背筋膜蒂岛状皮瓣瓦合治疗手指末节脱套伤的效果。方法:收治手指末节脱套伤患者30例,随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组采取常规治疗,观察组采取邻指带蒂皮瓣和指背筋膜蒂岛状皮瓣瓦合治疗。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用邻指带蒂皮瓣和指背筋膜蒂岛状皮瓣瓦合治疗手指末节脱套伤患者具有显著的效果。

Objective:To investigate the effect of cross finger pedicle flap and dorsal fascial pedicle island skin flaps in treatmentof finger distal degloving injury.Methods:30patients with injured finger were selected.They were randomly divided into the controlgroup and the observation group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group adopt cross finger pedicleflap and dorsal fascial pedicle island flap tile treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantlyhigher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lowerthan that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Finger pedicled flap and dorsal fascial pedicle island flap of finger tiletreatment has a significant effect in patients with degloving injury.
