超声引导下用示踪剂定位切除乳腺微小肿块的临床应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨超声引导下示踪剂定位对乳腺微小肿块切除的临床应用。方法:回顾性分析超声引导下对乳腺微小病灶行美蓝注射定位结合乳腺表面体表精确定位后行乳晕边缘隐蔽切口手术切除术患者117例。结果:117例中低回声结节大小0.5~1.2 cm,手术切除率100%。病理结果:良性病变111例,包括乳腺增生56例(50.5%)、乳腺纤维瘤28例(25.2%)、导管内乳头状瘤27例(24.3%)。恶性病变2例,包括浸润性导管癌1例(0.9%)、原位癌1例(0.9%)。结论:超声引导下美蓝结合体表定位方法简便,能够精准定位、损伤小,有效提高了对乳腺微小病灶行乳晕边缘隐蔽切口切除的精确性以及早期癌的诊断率,并发症少。 Objective:To investigate the clinical application of ultrasound-guided tracer positioning in the removal of minimalbreast masses.Methods:A retrospective analysis of our hospital under the guidance of ultrasound for breast small lesions of breastskin surface positioning combined injection of methylene blue into accurate positioning after the edge of the areola incision hiddensurgical resection in117cases was carried out.Results:117cases of low echo nodules size0.5~1.2cm,and the surgical resectionrate was100%.Pathological findings showed that111cases were benign lesions,including56cases(50.5%)of mammaryhyperplasia,28cases(25.2%)of breast fibroma,27cases(24.3%)of intraductal papilloma.Malignant lesions were found in2cases,including invasive ductal carcinoma in1case(0.9%),and carcinoma in situ in1case(0.9%).Conclusion:Ultrasound guidedmethylene blue combined with surface positioning method is simple,with accurate positioning and small damage,which caneffectively improve the line of small lesions of breast areola incision hidden the accuracy and early diagnosis of cancer.It has fewercomplications.
