贝那普利联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗高血压的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of benner pury combined amlodipine besylate in the treatment of hypertension

目的:分析贝那普利联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法:收治高血压患者300例,平分三组,对照A组选择贝那普利治疗,对照B组选择苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,试验组则选择贝那普利联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,观察比较两组临床疗效。结果:在临床治疗总有效率方面,试验组显著高于对照A组、对照B组(P<0.05),试验组治疗后的收缩压、舒张压均显著优于对照A组、对照B组(P<0.05)。结论:贝那普利联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗高血压患者,能取得比较理想的临床效果。

Objective:To analyze the effect of benner pury combined amlodipine besylate in the treatment of hypertension.Methods:300patients with hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into the three groups on average.The control Agroup used benner pury for treatment;the control B group selected amlodipine besylate treatment;the experimental group chosebenner pury combined amlodipine besylate treatment.We observed and compared the clinical efficacy.Results:In the totaleffective rate of the clinical treatment,the experimental group was significantly higher than the control A group and the control Bgroup(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the experimental group were significantly better thanthose in the control A group and the control B group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Benner pury combined amlodipine besylate in thetreatment of hypertensive patients can achieve better clinical results.
