罗氏调经种子丸治疗肾虚肝郁型月经不调临床效果研究

Clinical effect study of Luo Tiao Jing seed pill in the treatment of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation menstruation

目的:探讨罗氏调经种子丸治疗肾虚肝郁型月经不调的效果。方法:收治肾虚肝郁型月经不调患者70例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组采用麒麟丸治疗,观察组采用罗氏调经种子丸治疗。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:罗氏调经种子丸治疗肾虚肝郁型月经不调具有明显效果,能够通过对下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴的功能进行调节,使黄体健全,促进尿酮分泌,达到调经作用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Luo Tiao Jing seed pill in the treatment of kidney deficiency and liver stagnationmenstruation.Methods:70cases of menstruation due to kidney deficiency and liver qi stagnation were selected.They wererandomly divided into the control group and the observation group with35cases in each group.The control group was given kylinpill treatment,and the observation group was given Luo Tiao Jing seed pill treatment.Results:The total effective rate of theobservation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in theobservation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Luo Tiao Jing seed pill in the treatment of kidneydeficiency and liver stagnation menstruation has obvious effect.It can regulate the hypothalamic pituitary ovarian axis function,thecorpus luteum sound,promote the secretion of urine ketone,achieve menstruation role.
