醒脑静注射液治疗脑梗死临床效果观察

Clinical effect of Xing Nao Jing injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction

目的:探讨醒脑静注射液治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法:收治脑梗死患者60例,随机分为试验组和常规组,常规组采用复方丹参注射液治疗,试验组采用醒脑静注射液治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组临床治疗有效率和神经功能缺损程度的改善情况均明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑静注射液治疗脑梗死的临床效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Xing Nao Jing injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods:70patients with cerebral infarction were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the conventionalgroup.The conventional group was treated with compound Dan Shen injection,and the experimental group was treated with XingNao Jing injection.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the effective rate ofclinical treatment and improvement of the degree of nerve function defect were significantly better than those of the conventionalgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Xing Nao Jing injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction was significant.
