中西药结合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎120例临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of combination therapy of Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of 120cases of chronic atrophic gastritis

目的:探讨在临床上采取中西医结合方法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效。方法:收治慢性萎缩性胃炎患者120例,平分两组。治疗组采用西药加中药汤剂治疗,对照组采用西药治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为82%,对照组为63%,治疗组比对照组疗效明显显著。结论:中西医结合治疗方法能显著提高慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine in thetreatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:120patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were selected.They were randomlydivided into the two groups on average.The treatment group was treated with Western medicine combined with Chinese medicinedecoction,while the control group was treated with Western medicine.Results:The total effective rate was82%in the treatmentgroup and63%in the control group.The treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:The combination oftraditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of chronic atrophic gastritis.
