中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎的效果。方法:收治重症急性胰腺炎患者30例,随机分为对照组和观察组各15例,对照组给予西医治疗,观察组在此基础上联合中药治疗。结果:观察组治疗效果优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎更为有效。

Objective:To investigate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on severe acute pancreatitis.Methods:30patients with severe acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with15cases in each group.The control group were given western medicine treatment,and the observation group were treated withChinese medicine combined with western medicine.Results:The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of thecontrol group.Conclusion:Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has more effective in the treatment of severeacute pancreatitis.
