生化检测指标对糖尿病肾病早期诊断的临床意义

Clinical significance of biochemical indicators in early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy

目的:探讨生化检测指标在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的意义。方法:收治糖尿病肾病患者50例作为观察组,选取同期正常体检者50例作为对照组,对两组各项生化检测指标进行对比分析。结果:观察组血肌抑素C(Cys C)、视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Cr)等各项指标水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);各项生化检测指标联合诊断早期糖尿病肾病的阳性率显著高于其他各项指标单独检测(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病肾病早期诊断中生化检测指标的临床应用价值显著,各项指标联合诊断早期糖尿病肾病的准确度高。

Objective:To investigate the significance of biochemical indicators in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:50patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected as the observation group,and50normal subjects at the same periodwere selected as the control group,then the biochemical indexes in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The levelsof RBP,CysC,BUN,Cr and other indexes of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the controlgroup(P<0.05).The positive rate of combined biochemical indexes diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy was significantlyhigher than that of other indexes detection alone(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical value of biochemical indicators in earlydiagnosis of diabetic nephropathy is remarkable,and the accuracy of various indicators in the diagnosis of early diabeticnephropathy is high.
