摘要
目的:探讨品管圈改善颅脑损伤患者肠内营养的效果。方法:收治颅脑损伤患者84例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各42例,对照组未采用品管圈治疗,观察组采用品管圈治疗。结果:治疗后,两组白蛋白、血红蛋白、转铁蛋白、前白蛋白增加(P<0.05)。观察组白蛋白、血红蛋白、转铁蛋白、前白蛋白、治疗满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组尿潴留发生率、相关性腹泻发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:行肠内营养治疗时,品管圈可改善颅脑损伤患者营养状况,并降低并发症风险。
Objective:To investigate the effect of quality control circle in improving enteral nutrition in patients with traumaticbrain injury.Methods:84patients with craniocerebral injury were selected.They were divided into the control group and theobservation group according to the random number table with42cases in each group.The control group was not treated withquality control circle,and the observation group was treated with quality control circle.Results:After the treatment,the serumalbumin,hemoglobin,transferrin,prealbumin of the two groups patients were increased(P<0.05);the hemoglobin,albumin,transferrin,prealbumin,treatment satisfaction of the observation of group was higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);theincidence of urinary retention and incidence of related diarrhea of the observation group were lower than those of the controlgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the course of enteral nutrition treatment,quality control circle can improve the nutritional status ofpatients with craniocerebral injury and reduce the risk of complications.
