中西医结合治疗与护理肿瘤Ⅲ期压疮56例的临床效果

Clinical effect of many methods of TCM combined with western medicine for treatment and nursing of three stage bedsore of tumour in 56 cases

目的:探讨中西医多种方法治疗肿瘤Ⅲ期压疮的效果。方法:收治压疮患者56例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用内科护理常规及传统治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中西医结合多种方法。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组。结论:中西医多种方法治疗肿瘤Ⅲ期压疮的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of many methods of TCM combined with western medicine for treatment ofthree stage bedsore of tumour.Methods:56bedsore patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group andthe treatment group.The control group was given conventional care and conventional treatment,and the treatment group added withmany methods of TCM combined with western medicine on the basis of the control group.Results:The total effective rate of thetreatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:The clinical effect of many methods of TCMcombined with western medicine for treatment of three stage bedsore of tumour was significant.
