ERCP治疗胆总管结石患者的术中配合以及临床护理

Intraoperative coordination and clinical nursing of patients with choledocholithiasis treated by ERCP

目的:探讨经内镜逆行性胰胆管造影术(ERCP)治疗胆总管结石患者的术中配合及临床护理策略。方法:收治行ERCP患者58例,进行手术中的护理配合及术后的护理。结果:57例取石成功,成功率达98.3%。术后42例行鼻胆管引流,发生急性胰腺炎2例,出血5例,乳头切口轻度渗血18例,高淀粉酶血症7例,无心血管意外、穿孔等严重并发症发生。结论:给予ERCP治疗胆总管结石患者积极的术前评估、准备,正确的术中配合和精心的术后护理可以提高患者的取石成功率。

Objective:To explore the intraoperative coordination and clinical nursing of patients with choledocholithiasis treatedby ERCP.Methods:58patients with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography were selected.They were given intraoperativenursing coordination and postoperative nursing.Results:Stone extraction was successful in57cases,and the success rate was98.3%.After operation,42cases received nasal biliary drainage,2cases had acute pancreatitis,5cases had bleeding,18cases hadslight bleeding in the incision of the nipple,7cases had high blood amylase,and there was no serious complications such ascardiovascular accident and perforation.Conclusion:For patients with choledocholithiasis treated by endoscopic retrogradecholangiopancreatography,the positive preoperative evaluation and preparation,proper intraoperative coordination and carefulpostoperative care can improve the success rate of stone extraction.
