银屑病患者的心理分析与护理效果研究

Psychological analysis and nursing effect of patients with psoriasis

目的:探讨银屑病患者的心理特征及护理。方法:收治银屑病患者56例,分为A组和B组,A组采用心理护理法,B组采用常规护理法。结果:A组患者满意度明显高于B组(P<0.05)。A组干预后SDS、SAS评分明显低于B组(P<0.05)。结论:全面掌握银屑病患者的心理特征,并实施有针对性的心理护理,可显著改善其心理状态,促进病情早日康复。

Objective:To investigate the psychological characteristics and nursing of patients with psoriasis.Methods:56patientswith psoriasis were selected.They were divided into the A group and the B group.The A group was given psychological care,andthe B group was given routine care.Results:In the A group,the satisfaction degree of patients was significantly higher than that ofthe B group(P<0.05).In the A group,the scores of SDS and SAS after intervention were significantly lower than those of the Bgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive grasp of the psychological characteristics of patients with psoriasis,and theimplementation of targeted psychological care can significantly improve their psychological status,and promote the rehabilitationof the disease as soon as possible.
